How does annual billing work?
The annual PlaneticVoice plan is ₹11,999, billed upfront for the year. The monthly plan is ₹1,499, billed each month.
Are usage charges included in the subscription?
Usage charges are billed separately. Use the calculator to estimate hosting and the communication services used by your agents. Actual charges depend on your usage and configuration.
How long is conversation data retained?
Seven days of data retention are included. Availability and retention are subject to your account configuration and applicable service requirements.
